Backordered and Discontinued Products

You will be notified immediately of any product that may be backordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order. Delivery Times and Requirements

Upon receipt of an order Wow My Universe, Inc. processes the order within 24 business hours. Deliveries usually arrive 7 - 10 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Wow My Universe, Inc. in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.


Customers will be advised by our Customer Service Department as to backordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available. Backordered products will automatically be canceled

Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify Wow My Universe, Inc.'s acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of Wow My Universe, Inc.'s offer to sell products to you. Order Adjustment and Cancellation

Wow My Universe, Inc. cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at wowteam@wowmyuniverse.com or by phone at (888)969-6301. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Wow My Universe, Inc. reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.


Wow My Universe, Inc. cannot accept Post Office Box addresses, APO, FPO or any military addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS and Federal Express.


In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email wowteam@wowmyuniverse.com or call 888-969-6301. Please provide the order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.


Return Policy

We’re so sorry you didn’t like our products that we’re going to make returns easy.


All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. Please call Customer 888-969-6301 or E-mail wowteam@wowmyuniverse.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).


Once you receive the RMA number you MUST send this return by a traceable courier (UPS, FedEX,USPS) within 14 days and respond via email with the corresponding tracking numbers for the return of this merchandise. All non-damaged and non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

No partial returns will be accepted.

The liability of Wow My Universe, Inc. for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Wow My Universe, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Fee of $8.95 will be applied to all orders shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States. All orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. In-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 3-5 business days after we’ve billed you. We generally ship using UPS. We cannot ship perishable or refrigerated good outside the United States.


Typographical Errors

The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information. Deposits for pre-order merchandise is non refundable, Wow My Universe, Inc. is making financial commitments to secure these goods for our customers. In the event of damaged goods or incorrect shipments, arrangements and credits will be issued ad appropriate.
